If we're getting into vocabulary, I've always understood the "Hebrew Bible"
to be a translation of "Tanakh", but being free of the connotations that
the more Christian term "Old Testament" applies to it.

ie: Pentateuch = Chumash or Torah, Hebrew Bible = Tanakh
