The view expressed below is nonsense.

Peter Kirk holds copyright over his own writing.

I've seen fussing about copyright before, but this one is unique.

Not that he would - probably he would do nothing of the sort. But I also
posted a query to more than one list. Copyright is a civil matter. Let
David Grossman sue me! I hereby assert my right to be sued in my local
court districts in Williamson or Travis County, Texas.

Or - better! Jony, can you please start an e-mail list so I can post
something to your list and to some other list - and then YOU can sue me!
