Forwarded to the b-hebrew list as the misquotation was forwarded there, and prefixed with an apparent misquotation of Dave Washburn.

----- Original Message -----Pere, I'm confused here. The header you quote above suggests that I sent made a posting to the list on this subject on "Monday, July 14, 2003 11:03 AM". I did not. I think you must have modified the quoted header, probably from my posting "Re: [b-trans] Re: Street Bible, was: What killed them? John 6:49". If you want to quote me, please quote me accurately.

I'm inquiring if the first part of Is 43:10 (Atem 'eday...) must be
translated as:
a) You are my witnesses and (you) are, too/also, my servant whom I chose...
b) You are my witnesses; and my servant, whom I chose in order to..., is my
witness as well.
I'll be grateful for your advice.
Pere
