I don't know of anyone who specifically employs use of
the first person as one of the criteria for
identifying biblical "fiction" (my hunch is that the
hypothesis would fall flat...but test-drive it anyway.
Who knows...?), however Cindy Miller, as you likely
are aware, has written quite a bit on "direct speech"
and "quotative frames" within the narrative genre
(maybe a little on poetry too), the content of which
often includes ANI or ANOKHI and other inflected forms
of the first person.
