Peter, you have to "know when to fold 'em." You are not going to convince
Ian and he is not going to convince you. This is no longer instructive or
helpful, but merely annoying. I could use a filter to delete mails from the
offenders, however the list mom should have stepped in here since many of
the arguments have degenerated into ad hominem attacks. (I will not cite who
said what since that would require reading the emails again and I have
happily purged them.)

So, please let's move on to something peaceful and uncontroversial like the
meaning of btwlh, ok?
