I have heard that Aquila's translation into Greek (early Christian era)
rendered 'et consistently as SYN. But that was for theological reasons
rather than the requirements of the Greek language.

Subject: Question about 'et again

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows of any Bible translation into any language
that has used a word in the source language corresponding to 'et, the nota
accusativi.Typologically it appears perhaps to be similar to "ba" in
Mandarin Chinese, but I don't know if "ba" is used in Mandarin HB
translations.

Thanks for your help

Regards,
