In Outlook Express 5 (which comes with Internet Explorer 5; it is actually a
quite different program from Outlook which comes with Office), you can
specify in your address book that all E-mails to "Biblical Hebrew" are sent
as plain text. You can check that a message is plain text, not HTML, by
looking in the Format menu; or a font selection toolbar will appear if the
message is HTML. You can change a message from HTML to plain text using the
format menu.

I agree with Loren that we should not ban HTML attachments. We should
attachments which try to run an attached or downloaded file, which could be
a virus. But please don't assume that everyone can read HTML attachments
correctly.
