In fact, I bought the book as a reprint of the third edition with a new 96
page
introduction by W. Randall Garr, who does a great job of explaining and
(presumably)
correcting Driver. I agree that it is a great book. In its revamped form it
had just hit the
stores in 1998, and shows no signs of being a relic. I am even thinking about
rebuying
the book, as I dropped it in the water while reading in the bathtub. ;-)
