Sorry, please can you explain G-stem and D-stem. Are these separate
stems/binyans within traditional grammar, or are they subdivisions of
one stem/binyan?

a method question in the study of hebrew grammar and tiberian reading.

observation 1: large proportion of G-stem vs D-stem participles in bible
observation 2: in cons. text, G vs D only differs in participle

question: is it not possible G-stem also widespread, but reading tradition
enforcing uniformity to extent possible? what would that mean generally,
if so?

I speak English but I think in French.... Some day I'll take French
lessons to find out what the heck I'm thinking.
