Well, hashem is the way the divine name is rendered when one wishes to show
it extreme reverence. In fact, YWHW is most probably pronounced Yahweh; but
in Judaism there is a great hesitancy to pronounce the name because of its
sacredness... so instead of saying the name of God they just say "The NAME"
which, in Hebrew is hashem.
