Isn't Lasor's book based on Esther, not Ruth? You may be looking for
something like Reader's Hebrew-English Lexicon of the Old Testament
by Terry A. Armstrong, Douglas L. Busby, Cyril F. Carr It's a 4 vol thing
published by Zondervan.
