Hi Everyone,

Starting immediately Nina Wehnert will be taking over my Release
Technique class at K77, effective until the end of the year. The class
meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:15, and will now be taught in
German and English. Come try her class! More information follows.

AND, my good friend and colleague Jessica Lööf will be teaching a
Composition in Motion workshop on the weekend of November 4th and 5th
which I highly recommend. More information below.

Yoga classes continue as usual-
best to you all
Rachel

Release Technique
Tuesday and Thursdays, 12:15-1:45
K77 Studios, www.k77.org

Improvisation.

Der Unterricht ist auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Workshop with Jessica Lööf
Composition in motion
4. & 5. November 11:30-17:30
at K77 (directions, see below)

In this workshop we will explore composition through improvisation as an
opportunity to investigate active, immediate choice-making, in front of
others or in a group. The day will start with exercises to turn our focus
inward, align our bones and listen to our muscles, integrating hands on
partnering work. We will spend time awakening movement and intelligence of
our bodies and imagination.
With awareness of the alignment of our skeletal structure will we bring our
attention to our patterns and desires, to then move on to begin to push and
stretch the limitation of our dancing and choice making. With help form the
outside eye, and observer will we have the opportunity to share what we feel
and see.
