Again -- we already have plenty of stubs. What we don't have is a way to mark them as stubs -- and particularly to exclude them when you're browsing summaries.Greg had suggested a userscript to help -- where is this problem being addressed on the roadmap?

Another approach is we can ally with some machine summary researchers
to read through papers that are available and provide some machine
summaries as starters for human reviewers. Its not a bad idea and
provides us with some hooks into development communities.

Right -- that would be a good step forward. Especially with some automatic markers of quality control. 

Obvious errors draw people in to help -- but not-so-obvious ones are detrimental.
