Won't work without multilib enabled (--disable-multilib passed to gcc's
build):

Yes, I double-checked.

Multilib requires broken headers, and doesn't buy anything a 32-bit chroot
doesn't solve, so we haven't supported it.

Might make more sense to support cross-compiling than multilib, personally.
