Nope. Just write them and they'll appear online. Plain text is
sufficient. It's the knowledge that we're trying to impart. Not "ooh it
looks pretty it must be good."

Negative.

Good documentation promotes more use. Just write them in plain text, and
it's easy to convert them to whatever format we choose, or keep them in
plain text. The content is infinitely more important than how it's
presented. Especially since we can get it to look pretty good in plain text.
