I have been waiting for some common sense to prevail... finally someone
pulls their head out of the clouds.

I don't want the dreamers to stop dreamin, don't get me wrong. But I
think I would kick and active developer that went off on a tangent for
something like this with all the bugs that are still open and the basic
functionality / normal support that we now have too few hands for.

As long as I am lead this idea is squished for now. I suggest we not
waste energy on the lists raving about feature requests, just make a
feature request in bugzilla and let's get back to focusing on 1.0 / bugs
that really need our attention.

Thanks all, I think you understand our point?
