Perhaps a nice addition to the Nafex meeting in NH this summer would to
encourage everyone to bring along apples or sauce of their favorite summer
varieties. We could taste fresh any that are in their prime. Those that
are gone by we could taste as single variety sauce. There are some nice
local varieties here in Maine including Moses Wood and Cole's Quince.

By the way, when is the Nafex meeting?
