Una,

Are the SAR teams in your area private groups or are they under an LE of
some type? Most of the teams here are private, not-for-profit groups that
aren't under an LE umbrella. We don't get much cooperation from them
usually, and almost never have access to their resources. I envy teams with
some "official" support.
