Title: Re: [Market-farming] Any demand at market for fresh soybeans?
We sell some on the stalk with instructions for blanching the pods in boiling salt water for about 6 minutes, before trying to pop them out.  We also include them in a 2-3 pound bundle for our CSA customer shares.
