i am my own man and subscribe to my own political philosophies and gods. i do not know of another jim ray on brooks ave yet am aware of one in the cameron park neighborhood. as for libertarian philosophy, i don't give a rats ace if someone sits around and shoots heroin in their own home. i will try my best to get them help and into the healing place or other such retreat. it is their own business.

when that person decides to holler in the middle of the night or break into someone else's house for money to support their habit, though, that person infringes on the rights of others due to law stating no noise in this neighborhood louder than 55 dBm from 11 PM to 7 AM. so, either change the law calling it all night party central and i'll move to chapel hill, or enforce the law.

there is a big difference between hurting yourself and hurting others.

card carrying Libertarian on *vanderbilt* ave, not brooks, that will have to register elsewhere since we didn't get enough votes to pass muster. do you even have to declare a party? i declare keg party.

So I thought it ironic that, while listing all the government and Democratic party forms of aid, I found that was at least possible that Jim didn't support the Party, much less government interference.

So is partying until the wee hours and peeing off the porch a "personal habit and lifestyle" that should be tolerated? Is a violation of the rights of others? Surely it's not an example of force or fraud.
