I think what was meant by that was since Libertarians have stated
"Libertarians believe that you have the right to live your life as you wish,
without the government interfering -- as long as you don't violate the
rights of others." (From their FAQ on the libertarian party website), they
should not resort to using the government to interfere in how someone else
is living their life.
