Slightly serious question about a goofy topic...what's the deal with the
capitalization of last names in resumes? Is this considered appropriate? If
so, why?

Hey, Dave, I notice you usually spell quite well and write in a fairly
literate style. Will you be adopting the poor spelling habits and liberal
use of exclamation points as well? :)
