So, I've been thinkning & do a wee bit of research, and I think any of the
following might be fun to try:

George's Garage (near 9th street in Durha, but only 3 turns off the Durham
freeway, and all of them easy)

905 - I do like this place & it's certainly roomy enough.

Tobacco Roadhouse - I've eaten there and the food is just so-so (it's not
terrible or anything, just not as good as Tyler's, IMHO) BUT it's enormous
and does have good drinky-drinks

Southend - Still downtownish Raleigh, but roomy and pretty good food.
It's over in the 411 area.

Jillian's - this is sort of a Chuck E. Cheese for adults. Food is better
than I expected & video games are fun (they have Tempest!!!). This one
might be a better fit for a big outing -- like if we were going to have a
holiday shindig of some sort. I think they do some kind of group
discounts on the game cards. It's also downtown Raleigh, in the 411
neighborhood.

Chuck E. Cheese - I *like* Chuck E. Cheese and have wanted to go for
years, but no one will go with me (pout).

Closer to RTP are:

Horsefeathers - in Hilton (I think) -- sorta cheesy, but porlly worth
considering for it's centrality.

erm. That's all I can think of... the other RTP area restaurants are not
really the sort of place that would work for us, though they are nice:
Bombay Grille, Sarah's Empanadas, etc.

Also worth considering along with Tylers are the ACME Grill (though
smaller than Tylers) and Top of the Hill. Our options will increase
considerably when it's balmy and sunny outside.

My $.02, TMMV.
