Just fowarding this along, it may be of use to some of the people
trying to run under Solaris.

Gregg, did you figure out your LIBTOOL problem? was it the same as this
one? If so maybe you can drop him a line and let him know what you did?

Thanks

Brian

I've actually been doing quite a bit of work on the server side lately.
Currently I can point isql to it, log on and send a query. I've got some
bugs in the return portion that I'm hoping to have working soon. I
will then be checking that stuff into CVS. What is not there yet that you
are probably looking for is rpc's from SQL Server to FreeTDS server.

Also, I've been dusting off my Lex and Yacc book to do some SQL parsing,
but I probably won't get around to that for some time.

There are also some other issues like threading, Sybase seems to use
cooperative threads which is actually not a bad solution.

We had another report of that just this week, unfortunately I don't have
access to a solaris box, so I'm not going to be much help there.

Gregg Jenson also ran across a libtool problem, he may be able to help.
