According to Helmut Koester (Ancient Christian Gospels, pp. 52-55), here are
the likely quotations from Jesus by Paul. Note Koester's admonition about
function, "The earliest quotations or words of Jesus that we have are not in
our gospels, but they are in the letters of Paul. And each one of these
words of Jesus that appears in the letters of Paul is advice for the
regulation of the life of the community. That's where they function."
SAYINGS ABOUT THE CHURCH
PAUL PARALLEL TOPIC
1 Cor. 7:10-11 Mark 10:11-12 Ruling against divorce
1 Cor. 9:14 Q/Luke 10:7 Support for apostles
1 Cor. 11:23-26 Mark 14:22-25 Institution of the
Lord's Supper
1 Cor. 14:37 NO PARALLEL Command about prophet
1 Thess. 4:15-17 NO PARALLEL Apocalyptic saying

ALLUSIONS TO GENERAL SAYINGS OF JESUS
PAUL PARALLEL TOPIC
Romans 12:14 Q/Luke 6:27 Blessing of the
persecuted
Romans 12:17 and Q/Luke 6:29 Not repaying evil with
1 Thess. 5:15 evil
Romans 12:18 Mark 9:50 Have peace with
everyone
Romans 13:7 Mark 12:13-17 Paying taxes to
authorities
Romans 14:10 Q/Luke 6:37 Do not judge
Romans 14:13 Mark 9:42 No stumbling block
Romans 14:14 Mark 7:15 Nothing is unclean
1 Thess. 5:2 Q/Luke 12:39 Thief in the night
1 Thess. 5:13 Mark 9:50 Peace among yourselves

I hope this helps you as much as it has helped me to see how little
of the Gospel *of* Jesus is in Paul's Gospel *about* Jesus. Whether Paul
was indifferent to the teaching in the light of his expectation of Christ'
imminent return or in the light of extant "list Gospels" (like Thomas or Q)
and liturgical materials is moot, but that the letters we have are
relatively indifferent to Jesus' sayings is IMO without challenge.
