Is it absolutely impossible to run X as

I have used passwd to set up regular accounts
in BasicLinux, but when i try to "startx" as
a regular user, i get an error message that
startx can only be run by root. I'm not comfortable

Script to change permissions so that a user can do everything root does,
for BL2. It should work similarly for BL3 but 'geen guarantie'.
See also the archives - I posted a lot about this.

You may need to change file permissions on startx itself.
