Edmunds Enterprises has Linux discs (including Slackware) for US$0.99
per disk plus US$1.50 per disc shipping, with a break on shipping on
certain complete sets (I think). I have bought from them in the past,
and based on my experience, I would recommend them. The link to their
Slackware selection is:

They aren't currently showing 4.0 or 7.1 on the list, but IIRC (and I
may not be with my Swiss cheese memory), you could request discs that
weren't on the lists at the same price. I just gave a cursory glance at
their website and didn't see info about that, but I am still burned out
from a 16 hour work day yesterday. Hope this helps.
