Take a look at www.uclibc.org . On 1/12/05 0.9.27 was released. It took
them about a year, but this appears to be the new version that breaks
compatibility with all previous versions, and the one on which a stable
release (1.0, I guess) is going to be based. Sounds like you have the
skills and time to make some real contributions to development, and I
think Steven would probably welcome that. My lack of skills and time mean
that I am pretty much limited to some occasional beta-testing--though I do
threaten at irregular intervals to try some compiling.
