Yes, it should be there as it doesn't hurt for those whom don't need it if
it's
in, but it breaks systems that need it. Another bug, if you'd please, against
the ISO? ;)

Yes, and it actually (according to many) runs faster without using TMPFS for
the
/tmp system as the filesystem buffers/caching/etc. work faster than tmpfs.
