I use Courier IMAP. (I just recast it but don't yet know if the new one
works.) I found that PHP was compiled without IMAP, so I recast it and made
sure to specify IMAP support. It didn't work. I grepped the configure file
and found that it's looking for c-client. Is there a way to get c-client
without UW IMAP, or should I file a bug with PHP?

There's already a bug. ;) Also, to try and get faster IMAP support I
tried the latest courier-imap, which wouldn't compile for me (complained
that combreloc is not a file...haven't tried without combreloc enabled
yet).

It's weird that PHP would require a file/function from only one of the
implementations of IMAP. I use the 'imap' spell and not 'pine-imap', so
I'm in the same boat (if you didn't notice the Reporter ;)).
