I would prefer naming the new spell "<spell>2", as this might happend in the
future I see the following options:
1. all spells that get in first and take names.... get them.
2. new spells take numbers (this will not get out of hand, or I will just
veto
the spells!) or change their names.
3. should the first spell become obsolete and get deleted, then we can change
the name and just update the UPDATE line in DETAILS causing a good rebuild.
The older version will be reported missing and the user can dispel.
That is good enough for me as I don't want any extra sorcery code for this
sort of manipulating... that seems overkill to me. You all are busy enough!
