Fixed patch for glibc-2.8

The previous error wasn't to deep. Don't use $(date ...) in SOURCE_DIRECTORY
or
spooky things might happen at midnight.

I've upgraded, downgraded and rebuilt glibc more than once. I've rebuilt a
basic system plus a few extra spells in a chrooted environment, and I've
rebuilt my complete working system with glibc-2.8. I didn't have any further
problems. I think it's safe enough to put in dev.

It's now announced on the homepage for Glibc that "Releases are available by
CVS branch checkout only" (see
<http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/#Availability>). This is what I meant when I
wrote that I think that cvs eventually will have to be default for glibc.
