on renaming existing scripts: I don't think we need to rush to retroactively
fix
something like this each time we decide it, this is supposed to be about
reducing user confusion, not creating more work. Let's move forward as
discussed for new things and we can fix the others over time as best seems
appropriate. We might also consider just adding some symlinks to make things
available at the "right" names without having to worry about backward
compatibility yet.

on conflicts: I would say that for any given spell we'd follow the approach
discussed (use upstream's name if they have one, if they don't ask them, if
that
doesn't work use whatever the rest of the world uses). If this produces two
spells with the same init script name and they already conflict, it isn't a
problem. If it produces two with the same init script and they don't
conflict... see what others are doing about it. De facto standards are at
least
as valid as de jure standards for something like this.
