Quite understandable Jucato, I've twice had to do the same thing
myself. Both times I've come back to Source Mage refreshed and better
equipped to get involved, so it's not been a bad thing. That said I'm
wondering quite how much more good code will be thrown away and
rubbish kept by the more fashionable upstream sources. I'm cutting my
distro right back to minimal and using other OSs in VMs. Nothing the
Source Mage team can do anything about.

Anyhow, I hope to chat with you when you return. Good luck with life
