I always thought grub was more common and loved then lilo. If this is the
case why is there so little interest in a grub for x86-64? I would thing
that if there was interest it would have been done by now.
Any ideas about why it hasn't been done?
Well also most distro's are binary only and just copy the grub i686
stuff and install it on the x86-64 systems (that's what debian does)
and everything "just works" for them. However, source is a little
harder.
