Here's a xen-new spell since people have been asking for it. I can't
commit it right now but I want to push it out to people and move on to scm
stuff again.

Caveats:
- it's WIP
- you need to edit grub yourself, see the xen docs
- I know both versions compile but haven't booted anything with them yet
- if you say you want to configure the kernels it will build the kernels
twice, this is because I want to use their makefile as much as possible
to avoid the breakage the existing xen spells encountered
- no attempt is made to merge in your existing kernel configs or store the
ones you create (though the full xen build directory is persistent and
they're in there)
- see the WIP file for more

Is this planned to replace the current xen/xen-kernel packages or will
those be removed or updated to work again?

I don't really have a desire to try to make the existing ones work again
with the way they're built. I think this new one will be more
maintainable, though it has some rough edges. Some of them can be smoothed
over, others probably should be left alone unless someone wants to make the
spell do hairy things and then patch it up whenever an upstream release
breaks that (which is where the existing ones failed). If we're going to
be hairy I'd prefer a way to make the kernel piece integrated into the
linux spell... that's looking more feasible with things like the latest
release of xen (3.0.2).

Anyway, we can see how it goes. It's in devel p4 now, depending on what
kind of feedback I get on it I may go ahead and put it in test since it
does work, it just isn't as complete as it might be.

If this works out we'll then deprecate xen/xen-kernel in favour of
this then. ;)
