I really dislike spells requiring/disallowing a running X. nvidia_driver
is in z-rejected though, so the rules for what spells are allowed to do
are more relaxed. I'd prefer if it could be made to work without
requiring quitting X, but since actually upgrading the _running_ driver
will definitely require a restart of X, it wouldn't be too bad (for a
z-rejected spell, don't want to see such things in the main grimoire ;)
