Summary (IMO, IANAL): We only have to 'license' Linux if we want to
use "Linux" in a trademarked name and/or make money from using "Linux"
in our product name (e.g. Source Mage GNU/Linux).

Does that mean we don't have a problem?

Until LMI comes knocking or we want to trademark Source Mage
GNU/Linux, we don't, AFAIK and IANAL.
