PAM? udev? Kernel? Glibc? I have very few ideas. Mine are 0.79, 064,
2.6.13-rc2-mm2 (but it's the same on all 2.6), 2.3.5.
BTW, Ladislav just updated linux-pam to 0.80. No mention of pam_securetty in the
change log. The nearest related mention is for 0.55:

* patched pam_securetty to deal with "/dev/" prefix on PAM_TTY item.

What does it mean I wonder...
