Hi all!
Just to let all of you officially know that I'll be at some sort of
math camp thing from the 21st till the 6th. I'll take my laptop,
but I'm not sure how well/unrestricted I can get (ssl-)IRC/ssl-pop3/ssh/
perforce access there (Hey! I'd quite like to have stunnel work again
by then if I'm on w-lan there).
So I may be pretty out cold and out of communications then for a while.

I'll try to get some automated ISO factory set up by then on one of
David Kowis's boxes, so that any change in perforce in the cauldron
tree accompanied with a change of a "magic file" (internal_version or sth)
would set off an auto-generated ISO within 2 hours and uploaded to the
mirror.

I'm not sure how we should do the cleaning on the mirror then,
I won't be able to script that in (delete stale devel isos). I don't
want to overwrite a static file name directly, as that would give the
people downloading the ISO at that time some integrity problems.
I could set up a cronjob to delete old files as soon as new ones come in,
but yet again, we may cut someone's download off. Or could we?
Would the file stay "around" as long as it's opened and then vanish?

So Far,
Karsten
