Actually, I put that question rather badly... Thinking about it, what I wanted
to ask is more a two-fold question:

a) What will be different for you being Team Lead instead of Team Member?

b) What will be the difference between you as Lead and us as Members?
(like, will you just decide stuff without asking us or will you basically
be a total equal that is just the one to report to PL and write stuff down)

For the record, here's the other questions:
