Thanks Karsten for all the record you kept about me. I don't found fair to bring here some stuff I was not aware of (like Unet sentences). In order to not disturb the nomination/vote process, I'll comment on them later.

But I want to join the fun of all those nominations myself (before going to much higher priorities, like my wedding [1]). So, i'll bring back someone who most of you don't know but who has been very helpfull in producing/testing/releasing x86-64 ISO. So, i'd like to nominate Francois MARTORELLO (choichoi on irc).

Laurent WANDREBECK (low) was previously helping with the x86-64 ISO, mainly by giving me his machine (through ssh). However, he has been so much fed up with SourceMage that he left [2]. So, choichoi has been replacing low.

He is one of those people you never heard about and which is really helping! I used his machine to make a full sorcery rebuid on x86-64 and reported bugs thanks to that. He has tested some of the ISO. Unet has volonteer to offer the same service but so far, that did not happen.

Another point is that the ISO Team priorities has recently (around January 2005 probably) changed from producing nice ISO to producing nice ISO build scripts that would build nice ISO in a predictible and documented manner. To check that he has been effective, I document the way ISO could be made [3] and test with choichoi. He is not fully able to produce ISO of his own (except some fix are underway for x86-64 on the stable grimoire). Seth has been using those scripts as well (thanks for reporting bugs btw). I think that is a major step in several ways:

- like decided, the ISO TL or PL can produce ISO themselves [4]
- it's an efficient proof that scripts are ready in p4 right now
- it's an efficient proof that documentation is available right there
- if i eventually left the project, you will still be able to produce nice ISO.

choichoi, anything you would like to add?
