You amuse me Seth, I was honestly saying there was a problem with the mailman
software.
I know some of the people who used to have access to moderate messages, I
know
some emails had previously been deleted without any comment and I also know
before I left that some people were deleting any email received from me
without reading it. It is not a stretch of the imagination, vanity,
narcissism or paranoia to think it could have been intentional. When it
happened on a message that no-one would not benefit from deleting I then knew
it was not just any persons actions so I alerted the list. I even said in
that message that I didn't think it was any person, but instead the software.
You can choose to interpret my actions however you want, please remember my
agenda is just to stop distribution of my name and email address all over the
internet in association with your product. I have reason enough to request
that simple thing and while I don't resent anyone at smgl , I do have a very
low opinion of a few people and absolutely no compunction about broadcasting
that opinion. I won't apologise for that.
Contrary to your comments, I don't think people are out to get me, I don't
resent anyone still using smgl, I don't think there has been some conspiracy
or that I have been politically out-manouvred in some backroom, I chose to
leave.
I looked but didn't find any project that offered the same good features as
yours, and not wanting to support/ignore the problems I have already
mentioned I chose to start work on my own version instead of rejoin smgl.
I thought you knew me better than it appears, but you should still know me
well enough to expect a reply everytime you add me as CC to an email. So if
you want to stop hearing from me, stop sending me messages.
Goodnight and good luck with your fork too.
