There's the patch for 2.4.2x

The patch for 2.6.xx is included in 2.6.7-rc3-bk5 and works in 2.6.5 and
2.6.7-rc3:

I'd add the thing myself but I don't quite know what I'm doing (assuming you
want me to add it into perforce)
And with something as important as this, someone with skill should do it so
that more problems are not created.
