So basically we want a system-update-unattented or something

Now this brings up the question, what if foo needs updating
and it depends on bar, and bar has an unanswered question? The simple
solution is we update foo anyway, but sometimes the update of foo
is married to the update of bar, and the new foo will fail if there isn't
a new bar to go with it. The more complicated thing is to crawl up the
depends tree and pull off everything that needs that new spell.

Im already working on that problem, so we'll see where I can go with this.

We already have an option to email reports and stuff to the admin about
casts.
