Configuration for rp-pppoe is stored in /etc/ppp, split up over several
files (pppoe.conf, chap-secrects, pap-secrets, not sure what else).

If we add it it needs some more stuff, like a config file whether the
connection should be brought up on boot (defaulting to no). Not everyone
is on a flatrate adsl line, so defaulting to starting adsl on boot isn't
too nice.
Also i'd rather see it integrated into our networking setup somehow, it
should be possible with a ppp0.dev with custom start and stop functions.
