I don't particularly care for the idea of using Bugzilla. At the same time,
things just plain get lost in the mailing list. I look at the threads and
don't know if it's a vote, a vote to vote, a vote to vote on having a vote to
vote, or whatever.... But maybe that's just me being dense.

I vote for Andrew.

Also, it seems with so much computer talent, we could just throw up a routine
somewhere online without having to go through all of the Bugzilla rigamarole.
That !vote routine I use on IRC isn't hard, so I can't see that a more
professional/secure/intelligent version would be too difficult, called by a
web page. Just a random thought.
