Yes you can. Just skip the partitioning step and go straight to the mounting
of existing partitions step. (I forget what the actual names are, but I'm
sure you get the idea.) However, it is possible that if you cannot access
the drives for partitioning, you may not be able to access them for mounting,
either.

I assume based on your message that you have at least one SCSI drive
installed, but for clarity's sake, what kind of controller(s) and drive(s) do
you have installed in the computer?
