Almost finished. I was set back a bit by hotplug. I didn't realize I had
installed it, and it seemed to want to start the net everytime I loaded
the modules. By the time I ps'ed the hotplug process was gone!

I'm an idiot! Oh well. I'll either need to find a way to make them place
nice together or just make them conflict.

Still need to prevent ifplugd from overwriting its config each time
its cast too.
