Anyone using the stable branch should brace themselves now....

We're about to go to sorcery 0.9.3 because spells are cropping up in the
stable grimoire that call functions (like create_account) that do not exist
in the antique 0.8.3 sorcery we know and love and it's time to move on.

This means we're about to get scribe, multi-grimoire support - I'm holding
gcc
and glibc where they are for now, but they'll be coming through soon too.

If you want a smooth upgrade process, there's one thing you MUST do now -
BEFORE your next update: cast lockexec. Without lockexec the conversion will
go horribly wrong and cast will be broken.

So, just to be clear....

cast lockexec
cast lockexec
cast lockexec
...

You have been warned.

Tony

PS. If you forget this (surely not!) then I think symlinking
/usr/sbin/lockexec to /bin/true will give you a quick and dirty way out.
